A Catsuc product · Municipal health management in Brazil

Municipal healthcare, organized
from care to funding.

Suite brings BPA and APAC billing, access regulation, oral health and primary care funding indicators into one web platform, using data from your municipality's PEC e-SUS, the health record system of Brazil's SUS.

01 · Modules

Four modules, one shared registry.

Facilities, professionals, assignments and citizens are registered once and serve every module. Each municipality subscribes only to what it needs.

/01 · Billing · BPA and APAC

Production checked before it reaches SIA.

SIA, the SUS outpatient information system, rejects the whole file when a single line is wrong, and billing only finds out later. In Suite, production is checked as it is entered and the file comes out in the official layout.

  • Entry of BPA-C, BPA-I, APAC and OCI records, with citizen data pulled from PEC by CPF or CNS
  • APAC validation before export: patient record, issuer numbering, facility accreditation and SIGTAP compatibility
  • BPA and APAC files generated in the SIA layout, with batch closing
  • Dashboard with the month's production, a 12-month history and the most performed procedures
  • Status of each submission to SIA/DATASUS, month by month

/02 · Access regulation

A specialist waiting list with a position and deadline for every patient.

Without a system, the waiting list is a notebook per specialty: nobody knows anyone's position and waiting time goes unmeasured. Suite orders demand by clinical risk and records every decision.

  • Requests for specialist appointments and exams from health units, with ICD code, justification and legal priorities
  • Regulation inbox to approve with a risk rating, return with a question or deny with a reason
  • Waiting list per procedure, ordered by legal priority, risk color and entry date
  • Alerts for overdue requests and for those that need reassessment
  • Timeline of each request, from submission to the regulator's decision

/03 · Oral health

Treatment started is treatment finished.

Patients start a treatment and disappear halfway through. With the chart, the odontogram and the recall board, the team knows what is left to do and who needs to come back.

  • Dental chart with anamnesis, odontogram, treatment plan, progress notes and attachments on one screen
  • Odontogram with permanent, primary or mixed dentition by age, marking several surfaces in a single entry
  • Treatment plan by tooth and surface, with the status of each procedure
  • Recall board with overdue treatments, this week's returns and those idle for more than 30 days
  • On mobile, the patient's phone number dials directly, with a WhatsApp shortcut

/04 · Primary care funding

Funding indicators tracked before the four-month period closes.

Part of the federal primary care funding depends on the quality component. Suite calculates the indicators from the municipality's PEC data and shows where to act, team by team.

  • All 15 quality component indicators: 7 for Family Health Strategy teams, 6 for oral health and 2 for multiprofessional teams
  • Percentage and score band for each indicator (Regular, Sufficient, Good or Excellent), by team and month by month
  • Named lists of people who still need care, such as children and pregnant women with pending good practices
  • Current and previous four-month periods, from data synced with PEC

02 · Onboarding

From contract to first file.

Catsuc's team handles the rollout together with yours. Nothing needs to be installed at the health units.

01 / Connect

We connect Suite to PEC.

We set up access to the municipality's PEC e-SUS database. Suite only reads from it: nothing changes in what the units already use.

C
02 / Tables

We import CNES and SIGTAP.

Facilities, professionals, assignments and accreditations come from CNES; procedures, ICD codes and compatibilities from the SIGTAP table of the month.

T
03 / Access

Everyone sees only what they need.

We create roles, with permissions for each module, and the team's users, in one or more municipalities.

A
04 / Go live

Your team starts working.

Text and video tutorials live inside Suite, and every new version ships with a list of what's new.

G
03 · Platform

Built for the health department.

Security, traceability and access from anywhere, with each person seeing only what they need.

/01

One login, many municipalities

People who serve more than one municipality switch profiles from the menu and see only that place's data.

/02

Role-based permissions

Each role gets permissions per module, enforced in the menu and in every action on screen.

/03

Full audit trail

An immutable record of who did what, when and from where, including access to clinical data.

/04

LGPD from day one

Terms of Use and Privacy Policy under LGPD, the Brazilian data protection law, with acceptance recorded for every version, passwords stored only as hashes and lockout after repeated attempts.

/05

Spreadsheet reports

Monthly summary, production value, indigenous care, units with no production and output per data entry clerk, to download or receive by email on a set day.

/06

Desktop to mobile

Every screen fits a phone: lists turn into cards and the main action is always within reach.

Frequently asked questions.

Does Suite replace PEC e-SUS?

No. PEC remains the health units' medical record. Suite reads its data to calculate the indicators, track submission batches and speed up citizen registration, and adds what management needs around it: billing, regulation and oral health.

Do the BPA and APAC files follow the SIA standard?

Yes. Files are generated in the official SIA layout, and each APAC goes through a full validation before export, so errors show up on screen instead of in a rejected file.

Can we subscribe to only some modules?

Yes. Modules are contracted per municipality, and each one only shows up for those who subscribed.

Can one municipality see another's data?

No. Every read and write is filtered by the municipality of the access profile. People who work for more than one municipality switch profiles from the menu.

How does onboarding work?

Catsuc connects Suite to the PEC database, imports CNES and SIGTAP, sets up roles and users and supports your team as it gets started. Nothing is installed at the units: a browser is all it takes.

How is Suite contracted?

Suite is contracted per municipality, with a monthly fee. We put together a proposal after the demo, with the modules that make sense for your network.
